Ahead Therapeutics has set up a clean room facility in l’Arboç (Tarragona) to be able to produce in-house, the liposome batches needed for the R&D development. This allows Ahead to be flexible and independent when designing the in vivo and in vitro studies to perform. The clean room has been classified as ISO8 and air and surfaces were monitored to detect presence of bioburden. The facility is fully operative since last February and is managed by highly qualified personnel.
